Our projects are typically for marine, oil & gas, defense, civil (movable bridges) and industrial power unit applications. We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager - Electric Systems to lead business development efforts in advanced electrification projects across the marine, defense, energy and heavy industrial markets. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding SIT’s reach in fully electric and electrohydraulic system integration by engaging key OEMs, operators, and design firms. You will represent SIT’s capabilities in control systems, energy conversion, and high-power actuation while building strategic relationships that drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of electric system technologies and an ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving engineered-to-order solutions.
