About The Position

A leading firm in this space is seeking a junior associate to join its appellate group in Washington. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside attorneys who brief and argue cases in the Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals. You will support the firm’s appellate and Supreme Court practice, contributing to research, brief writing and case development on appeals that cut across regulatory, administrative and constitutional issues. The position is structured for early responsibility with exposure to significant appellate matters.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Appellate clerkship experience in SCOTUS or a federal court of appeals is required .
• Strong research and writing skills and high academic performance.
