Requirements

  • Current enrollment in baccalaureate or graduate degree program.

Responsibilities

  • Research special education policies
  • Analyze data and summarize findings
  • Present research results in written and graphical formats
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholder engagement
  • Communicate relevant and accurate information, clearly and concisely during formal or informal meetings
  • Collaborate with others to accomplish goals
  • Use various tools and technologies to prepare and share documents and reports
  • Provide essential support such as arranging meetings, taking notes, and responding to routine inquiries
  • Assist with developing and refining indicator monitoring documents, including but not limited to, internal and external monitoring manuals, record review tools, communication guides, and clearance letters
  • Asist with preparation and dissemination of communication to educational agencies as a result of initial notices, record reviews, data appeals, review decisions
  • Assist with development, quality checks, and maintenance of the monitoring and tracking system
  • Assist with continued development of process and procedures for indicator monitoring
  • Assist with reviewing data and analyzing trends regarding indicator monitoring.
