About The Position

The Supportive Services Clerk plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant entry of participant information related to supportive services, transportation, uniforms, incentives, referrals, and other program-approved resources. This position supports case management teams by maintaining organized digital records, tracking expenditures, uploading documentation, and assisting with reporting requirements to ensure alignment with program policies and funding guidelines.

Requirements

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and database systems.
  • Experience in data entry, administrative support, case management, or similar role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong written and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with workforce development, human services, or nonprofit program operations.
  • Experience with platforms such as LaunchPad, OSMIS, Salesforce, or other case-management systems.
  • Knowledge of eligibility requirements and compliance documentation for supportive services funding.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter participant data, service requests, and documentation into designated systems (e.g., LaunchPad, OSMIS, TRION, internal databases).
  • Upload and verify required supporting documents (invoices, receipts, eligibility forms, service logs, etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date case notes and status updates for each participant.
  • Maintain digital tracking logs for supportive service expenditures, balances, and utilization.
  • Support reporting requirements by preparing summaries, spreadsheets, and data pulls for compliance, audits, and monthly reporting.
  • Flag discrepancies, missing documentation, or compliance issues for leadership review.
  • Assist with intake of service requests from staff and participants.
  • Help prepare documentation for fund disbursements (Lyft rides, uniform allocations, incentive payouts, etc.).
  • Organize files aligned with confidentiality standards and record retention policies.
