Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid license
• TB test documentation
• CPR & First Aid by hire date

Responsibilities

• Daily living assistance (bathing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support with errands and meals
• Maintain daily logs
