About The Position

Hands of Heartland is expanding our in-home services and are looking for people who love to make a difference in people’s lives. We are looking for compassionate, caring, and dependable individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Supported Services Professional also know as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver. What You’ll Do: Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they work towards their goals to have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings. You must display a strong sense of professionalism since you will be going into other people’s homes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to pass all background checks
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Experience not required – we will train you!
- Must have reliable transportation
