ADEC is currently seeking a Supported Living Coordinator to support agency operations through accurate documentation management and compliance with state and organizational requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred.
  • Experience in residential services and/or a community-based program for people with disabilities preferred.
  • Model ADEC’s core values in daily work and interactions, including clients, ADEC team members, stakeholders and the community.
  • Ability to represent ADEC professionally in the community.
  • Strong communication skills to better assist clients and team members.
  • Have an understanding, respect, and commitment to ADEC’s mission.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read and follow instructions including medication administration, client PCISPs, training, and safety protocols. Must be able to read, speak, write and comprehend English.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team. Must be able to be flexible as the daily routine can change frequently. Must have good time management and organizational skills as needed to complete required tasks.
  • Computer skills as required for documentation, training, and email usage
  • Adherence to ADEC’s policy for pre-employment and annual criminal background checks. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and proof of insurance.
  • No evidence of illegal drug use or drug abuse. Must have a negative pre-employment or reasonable suspicion drug test result.

Responsibilities

  • Complete timely and accurate approvals of timesheets to support proper billing.
  • Input goals from client PCISPs into Sandata and update all goals quarterly ensuring accurate and up-to-date goal tracking aligned with client plans.
  • Weekly maintenance of the medical appointment spreadsheet in compliance with state requirements.
  • Update Annual start packets with any changes, including medical, address, or program changes, printing copies and assigning in Relias to effectively communicate all updates.
  • Update and maintain Master Files.
  • Maintain current PCISPs and distribute copies to the Master File, Red Books, and Director.
  • Maintain and update all required client forms annually.
