About The Position

Center for Life Management is seeking a Supported Employment Team Leader to join our Adult Services team. This is a leadership role for someone who is both a strong team leader and a confident supervisor—someone who can guide a team, drive outcomes, and stay connected to the real work happening in the community. CLM provides comprehensive outpatient mental health services for adults and elders experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Supported Employment (SE) is an evidence-based model that helps individuals find, obtain, and succeed in competitive, community-based employment, as well as pursue education aligned with long-term goals. As the Supported Employment Team Leader, you’ll oversee both the clinical and administrative functions of the SE team, while also maintaining a smaller direct service caseload.
