About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in managing customer escalations and working with Tier 2 and 3 support teams.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments relevant to the role.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in data analytics and ability to synthesize data to detect themes and root causes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate findings into meaningful business opportunities and quantify the impact of changes.

  • Challenge and improve internal processes, tools, and systems for better outcomes.
