Job Location: Wellington, KS

As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll:
Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
• Cares deeply about helping families.
• Is eager to learn and make a difference.
• Loves connecting with kids and helping them grow.
• Can stay positive, even during challenging situations.
• Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers determine if a candidate may be a good match for the position.
