We both like to sit in the living room and listen to music We have four staff that work with us The staff teamwork a work varied shifts which can consist of 9am/5pm. 9am/7pm 9am/3pm. Staff are to be fully trained administration of medication, emergency first aid and all mandatory e-learning. We do not have over night support. We do have assistive technology which goes to care call for emergencies, and this also will alert staff next door. We have full support with our medication We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
