Responsibilities

• Sets up line with any supplies, equipment or tools necessary for production.
• Performs any task assigned to assist in a designated area.
• Participates as a member of the Team, fostering strong cohesiveness regarding major issues.
• Attends appropriate team meetings and contributes to team discussions.
• Identifies areas lacking cohesiveness and brings them to the attention of the team leader.
• Maintains familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems and communicates concerns and improvement ideas.
• Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
