We’re looking for a Support Technician to strengthen our Support team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you’ll be part of a global support organization, delivering technical support to customers across the US and Canadian markets, while collaborating closely with colleagues both locally and worldwide. 🔧 What you’ll do Provide technical support via phone, email, and portal Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Manage support tickets in line with SLAs Work closely with teams such as Onboarding, Technical Success, and Sales What’s in it for you?
