Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) of experience as a Support Technician.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services rooms, removes waste, and performs special projects as assigned.
• Inventories and restocks supplies on the unit, and obtains supplies and rental units.
• Provides support to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and caregivers by performing simple patient care activities.
• Performs various tasks and duties to provide assistance and support in an expanded Support Tech role to the staff in Surgical Services.
