About The Position

As a Support Technician I at Beloit Health System, you will provide essential technical support for end-user hardware and software needs across two locations: Beloit and Fort Atkinson. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting various IT systems, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently to enhance the quality of medical services provided to the community.

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience in software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for end-user hardware and software needs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
  • Install, configure, and update end-user desktop and laptop software.
  • Prioritize and escalate reported issues and requests as necessary.
  • Replace workstations as part of the health system's perpetual device refresh project.
  • Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Image and/or reimage workstations using SCCM.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
  • Actively contribute to assigned projects.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
