About The Position
Support Technician. To provide the essential duties and responsibilities in accordance with all applicable regulations and policies, while maintaining all quality and safety standards. What you will be responsible for: Accomplishes aircraft lubrications. Cleaning aircraft structures and components. Opening aircraft access panels for inspection and/or maintenance Applying corrosion preventative compound to aircraft structures. Closing aircraft access panels areas following maintenance inspection after receiving the appropriate clearance to close per AAR and customer procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical direction and documentation.
- Reads, understands and implements directions of appropriate maintenance manuals to identify and locate associated components on the aircraft.
- Asks questions as necessary to increase knowledge or skill.
- Maintains his/her work area in an orderly and clean manner.
