The Support Technician is responsible for the daily and routine maintenance of the resort at various facilities on property. Areas of knowledge and experience would include general labor, garbage/trash removal, snow removal, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty staff, students, and coworkers.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening and weekend duty.
• Must be able to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of general labor duties resort wide including firewood delivery, re-filling, and delivery of propane tanks, pressure washing, leaf blowing, moving furniture and other daily assignments.
• Lifting, transporting, and disposing of garbage in a safe, effective, and environmentally friendly manner.
• Ensuring recyclables such as glass, paper and plastic are properly separated.
• Operate equipment and trash compactors on property effectively.
• Works independently coordinating daily workflow in assigned locations across property.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment.
• Perform any combination of the essential job functions related or unrelated as required or assigned by the Director of Engineering or designee.
