About The Position

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Support Team Supervisor to support the Director of Support Operations and the Support Team across our fire and life safety business. This role reflects a high level of responsibility and trust, supporting strong execution, consistency, and collaboration across daily operations. Job Summary Support department leadership by helping drive day-to-day operations, coordination, and team support. This role reinforces efficiency, accountability, and high-quality execution across Support Team activities while operating with a high level of ownership and trust.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with business systems and learning new technology

Nice To Haves

  • Fire and life safety experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support operational planning, scheduling, and workflow initiatives
  • Work alongside Team Members to maintain daily momentum and execution
  • Assist with coaching and mentoring in support of departmental goals
  • Monitor KPIs, schedules, and workflow to ensure timely, accurate completion
  • Support pricing, quoting, and customer service follow-ups
  • Model strong communication, collaboration, and professionalism
  • Lead the ownership, development, review, and coordination of SOPs across Fire Protection Services in partnership with Management and Human Resources
