Collaborative, positive environment with strong classroom ratios Leadership that values your input, supports your success, and celebrates you 🍎 What You’ll Do Engage children in meaningful interactions that support development Step into classrooms to support Assistant Teachers during breaks or absences Help maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and routine Communicate respectfully and professionally with teachers, leadership, and families Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Model a supportive and flexible team-oriented attitude Follow all policies, procedures, and licensing regulations Assist in maintaining child-to-staff ratios and completing classroom tasks ✅ Qualifications CDA or Associate's degree in any subject area (required); or high school diploma, provided candidate earns CDA within 2 years of initial hire date. 1+ year of experience working with children ages 6 weeks – 5 years (preferred) Passion for early childhood education and a joyful, caring attitude Meets all licensing requirements for early childhood staff Reliable and professional with consistent attendance Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and team members Maintains composure and professionalism when addressing stressful situations or unexpected challenges Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to ensure child safety, facilitate programs, and respond to emergencies. Requirements

  • CDA or Associate's degree in any subject area (required); or high school diploma, provided candidate earns CDA within 2 years of initial hire date.
