How this role works As a Support Teacher, you will work across multiple classrooms as needed during the school day. You may help with transitions, classroom coverage, daily routines, child supervision, and maintaining a calm, organized environment for children and faculty. This role is important to the consistency and stability of the entire school. This role is a strong fit for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working with a variety of age groups, teaching teams, and classroom needs. It is also a strong entry point for someone who wants hands-on experience in early childhood education while developing broad school-based experience.
