About The Position

The Support Staff role combines the responsibilities of a Busser and Food Runner, ensuring seamless service for all guests. This position supports the service team by delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with guest requests. Success in this role requires teamwork, organization, and a positive attitude to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

Ability to learn table and position numbers within one week of hire
Strong teamwork and communication skills to support the service team effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
Ability to move safely through all areas of the restaurant, including crowded or confined spaces
Adhere to company policies, including uniform and appearance standards
Maintain professionalism and act as a role model for FOH staff
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations

Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Delivery Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring accurate presentation and order completeness
Announce dishes and beverages to guests upon delivery
Follow allergy procedures and communicate any special instructions to guests
Table Maintenance Clear and reset tables within one minute, following restaurant specifications
Remove dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and debris promptly
Crumb, wipe, and maintain table cleanliness throughout service
Guest Support Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs
Communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate team members
Assist with wrapping leftovers and ensure proper packaging
Operational Support Maintain service areas with adequate stock of service supplies
Transport dirty dishes to dish areas and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables
Complete assigned side work and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed according to standards
