Performs routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures. Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor and verify accurate time keeping in accordance with company policies Conduct temp-to-hire employee onboarding Assign and process employee badges Maintain driver files and oversee all DOT physicals Assist in administration of child support requests, wage garnishments, and verification of employment Crosstrain and provide backup to other departments and office staff as needed Complete daily filing for payroll, HR, and other departments within the office Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
