Maintaining the strictest standard of confidentiality, the Support Specialist works as part of a multi-disciplinary team responding to child, vulnerable adults, and their families when sexual abuse and/or physical abuse has been alleged. The Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance and information about available resources and CRCAC services to the individuals, families, youth, and community members who contact the CRCAC. The Support Specialist stays with the family while individuals receive CRCAC services. This position also assists, when directed, with center events, program and participant documentation and reporting, and working with the Program Manager to meet overall program goals and objectives.
