The Trade application is a critical application in the trade domain, supporting 45+ markets across various regions. We are seeking a qualified resource to fill this position, requiring technical skills and experience in banking domain applications support. The PID Squad operates around the clock, managing high privilege IDs and covering all 15 applications in the Trade Domain. PID withdrawal is essential for ensuring continuous delivery and incident recovery, which is vital for our business users. The role involves manual recovery steps where automation is not possible, grouped into six categories: Incident Management, Change Management, Infra & Cyber Hygiene, Risk & Audit, Disaster Recovery, and Sustain Resiliency. Failure to hire this resource will hinder our ability to provide seamless support to Premier and hyper care clients and meet TAT and business expectations.

  • Support Trade Operations and customers in the CIB domain.
  • Address functional queries, fixes, enhancements, and initiatives for supported applications.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues while providing application support.
  • Ensure application-level risk management.
  • Comply with the policies of Standard Chartered Bank.
  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including local product managers and central product teams.
  • Manage interactions with CIO teams for project insights and system enhancements.
  • Provide 24/7 application support and guide team members in decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Encourage team members to ensure zero escalations.
  • Provide functional support for minor enhancements to reduce manual tasks.
  • Manage batch-related activities and ensure smooth batch management.
  • Participate in RCA discussions and document preparation.
  • Close incidents within SLA and perform incident trend analysis.
  • Track medium and above incidents under Problem management and close problem tickets with proper evidence.
  • Manage change requests via Remedy and ensure timely scheduling and closure.
  • Oversee infra and capacity management to prevent capacity breaches.
  • Prepare audit RFIs and ensure nil findings in audits.
  • Handle finance management at the domain level and conduct timely forecasts.
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with databases.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with container concepts.
  • Experience with automation tools.
  • Understanding of trade and banking functional areas.
