Position Overview: The Support Specialist is an integral member of our Shared Services team. Customer support is the driving force behind Kasco’s success in the industry. We hire, train, and retain the best customer support specialists in the business, setting us apart from our competitors. Our team is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Most importantly, customer support specialists are empowered to do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. Kasco is seeking the right person to join this highly effective team. The ideal candidate will bring some knowledge of mechanical or electrical equipment and/or aquatic ecosystems. Kasco will provide extensive and ongoing training in our products and our business.
