About The Position

This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of QMG's technical infrastructure. As a key member of the IT team, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure system performance and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • One year of related work experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare staff and team members.
  • Assist with equipment setup and ensure timely reporting of technical issues.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and monitor system performance.
