This position involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at building claimants’ case files, including processing claimant demographic and client-specific data, mailing appropriate correspondence to claimants or the SSA, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met, and conducting follow-up activities with government agencies and claimants via phone.
