About The Position

In this position, you will contribute to the company's success by responding to and supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) access requests from internal customers. You will maintain access management systems for company in-scope applications, which includes provisioning, modifying, and disabling access. Utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing system for request tracking, you will ensure timely responses to tasks. Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and documentation, you will create and modify new processes as needed. Additionally, you will process onboarding and offboarding, assist with providing evidence for audit requests, and perform other desktop and user support tasks as required. You will document customer interactions, troubleshooting methods, and follow-ups to resolve inquiries. Your role may also involve using computer-based software tools to gather information and troubleshoot issues. You will take on other duties as needed to help drive the company's purpose and fulfill its brand principles while abiding by the organization's values.
