CI Azumano is seeking a Support Specialist. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Galileo & Travelport+ GDS
  • Knowledge of Airline travel sites, online booking and registration tools.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate travel consultant experience.
  • Have the ability to learn new processes and procedures and effectively apply them to meet the needs of the client or organization .
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3-5 years of corporate or corporate travel consulting experience.
  • A proven technical problem solver, who performs with calm and confidence under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that urgent ticketing queues, exchange queue, void queue, refund queue and error queue are being worked on throughout the day.
  • Ensure when turning ticketing queues over to the next shift that all PNR’s from their shift are cleared out.
  • Be logged into Airline call back queue throughout duration of shift.
  • Contact carrier’s when tickets need to be opened, waivers need to be obtained and for situations that occur which cannot be handled internally.
  • Conduct routine research of travel industry changes, trends and offerings to ensure they are working with the most up-to-date information when carrying out ticketing duties.
  • Maintain a professional friendly attitude and demeanor at all times while assisting coworkers/agents in a timely and accurate manner.
