In this role, you’ll provide essential support to various Wealth Management business units, performing a mix of clerical and analytical tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of office administration experience.
  • Knowledge of wealth management services (personal trust, institutional trust, custody, agency administration) and related banking products preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Wealth Management teams.
  • Perform clerical and analytical tasks across multiple subject areas.
