The University of Iowa’s College of Dentistry is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Support Services Specialist for their call center. This full-time, onsite position serves as the first point of contact for patients, interacting both by phone and in person. The role offers variety and the opportunity to work in a unique educational environment, either at a front-desk or in the call center. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The position involves problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, coordinating patient needs, contributing to workflow efficiencies, and data entry.
