About The Position
Operations Management focuses on efficiently meeting the needs of the campus. The role involves providing support and supervision to operations in areas such as Warehouse, Logistics, Maintenance, Property, and Transportation. Responsibilities include reviewing operations performance with executive management, analyzing operations for alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values, and providing leadership support and tools to meet established goals. The position also requires training staff on systems and processes, establishing relationships with regulatory bodies, assisting with process implementation, and preparing documentation for exit interviews.
