About The Position

The Support Services Coordinator at Meadow Ridge is responsible for providing administrative support and reception coverage for the Skilled Nursing neighborhood, Ridge Crest. This part-time role focuses on ensuring optimal customer service for residents and visitors while managing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of related work experience.
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality.
  • Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment, with strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and handling phone messages.
  • Greet and serve all visitors to Ridge Crest, ensuring optimal customer service.
  • Respond to questions and inquiries for information, including admissions.
  • Manage the appointments calendar and coordinate resident transportation and companions.
