We are accepting resumes for a Support Services Clerk to join us at the Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu & Montesi personal injury law firm in Memphis, Tennessee. This position requires in-office attendance and has scheduled hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our team shares the common goal of providing clients with 5-star customer service and excellent legal representation. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SUPPORT SERVICES The Support Services department at GKBM is one of the firm's backbones. This team works hard every day to serve our staff and our clients by providing all courier services, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, stocking office supplies, stocking vending machines, moving furniture, setting up workstations, general cleaning, and taking care of our offices. You should be able to interact comfortably with clients, all office staff, attorneys, and upper management. You should feel at ease obtaining police reports and sometimes taking attorneys to nearby depositions and other meetings. Although you are self-directed and able to work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates effectively with everyone at the firm to drive results for our clients.
