About The Position
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Support Service Lead for the Mabley Developmental Center located in Dixon, Illinois to inspect work area to ensure maintenance standards are met. Directs staff in the support operations department at the Center. Prepares reports and maintains records of inventory for assigned areas. Monitors the activities of lower-level staff. Prepares work schedules. Conducts quality assurance checks to ensure duties are being performed and in compliance with Public Health standards, facility and department policies and procedures.
