As a Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with people with disabilities in their homes and communities, supporting independence and inclusion. Community Engagement – Helping individuals connect and participate in meaningful activities Daily Living Support – Assisting with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational experiences Skill Development – Support growth in independent living skills and confidence. About the Position Location: South Philadelphia Schedule: Friday: 8AM - 4PM and every other Saturday/Sunday 8AM - 4PM We’re looking for an outgoing, adaptable, and community-minded DSP who can provide support in areas such as: Budgeting and managing finances Fostering independent living skills Staying connected with family and friends Maintaining routines Transportation to activities and appointments
