Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Internal support certification
- At least 2 years manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Safety – Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations. BBS Participation
- Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
- Meet productivity standards
- Complete required documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
- Make adjustments to machinery as needed
- Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
- Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements
- Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
- Obtain and maintain Operator Certification
- Train others as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
