The Support Lead ensures all crew members provide excellent customer service, trains them on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and helps oversee daily store activities. This role involves assisting with stock management, acting as Manager on Duty when necessary, and managing store opening/closing procedures. Additionally, the Support Lead supports associate onboarding and training, drives store sales, controls expenses, and performs store maintenance.
