About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a motivated, talented Support Integration Specialist (Mid-Level ) to join the H-47 Chinook Technical Integration team located in, Ridley Park, PA. The successful candidate will manage, monitor, and integrate product support activities to ensure sustainment requirements are met. Integrating within product support could include but is not limited to, provisioning, technical publications, supply support, ground support equipment, service engineering, facilities, and training courseware, conducts, and devices. The role will entail interfacing with a complex network of internal and external stakeholders to include, engineering, customers, suppliers, program managers, contracts representatives, business development, etc. to drive successful execution of program/project work scope. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proposal development
  • 3+ years analyzing technical data
  • 3+ years with continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in working on and/or supporting a Product Support team
  • 1+ years’ experience with EVM
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional communications skills, relationship-building abilities and the capacity to understand and address the customer needs effectively

Responsibilities

  • Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work- break down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
  • Monitors execution of support programs
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
  • Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
  • Manages Risks, Issues and Opportunity development and resolution
  • Supports baseline management for program support products.
  • Brief customers and leadership on all technical aspects of the program
  • Domestic and/or international travel as required to support program execution
  • This role may require International Business Travel (~5-10%)
  • This role may require the flexibility to support virtual meetings that consider the time zone and availability of International Customers and/or Stakeholders (1-2 times per month).
