About The Position

The Dry Dock is making a comeback in Portland’s vibrant Old Port, and we’re looking for passionate and dynamic Support (Hosts, Bussers, Runners) to join our team! Newly reopened in the summer of 2025, this beloved waterfront spot operated by the Luke’s Lobster team has been revitalized under the leadership of Chef Matt Ginn, who has taken the helm as General Manager. This is your chance to be part of an exciting new chapter, working alongside a talented team to bring the iconic Dry Dock back to life with a fresh, modern twist. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are ready to make your mark on a brand-new restaurant, we want to hear from you! We’re hiring for general Support Team members who help keep our restaurant running smoothly and our guests happy. Bussers: Clearing and resetting tables, polishing silverware and glassware, and assisting servers to keep the dining room organized. Runners: Delivering food from the kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring every plate is presentable and guest-ready. We’re looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals who communicate clearly, move efficiently, and take pride in contributing to a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
