The EUC/Desktop Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to account setup, network configuration, and both software and hardware problems. This role involves delivering hands-on support for a variety of hardware, including PCs, laptops, and peripherals, in a mixed Windows and Mac environment, utilizing tools such as SCCM and JAMF. The engineer will perform network troubleshooting, particularly focusing on VPN connections and wireless configurations, and will integrate with Zscaler for enhanced security. Asset management and tracking will be conducted using ServiceNow (SNOW) to ensure accurate inventory control. The engineer is expected to provide timely resolutions for hardware and software issues, ensuring user satisfaction, and will escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, such as software developers. Additionally, the engineer will document technical knowledge in the form of KB Articles and maintain good relationships with clients.
