About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite End User Computing support as per site categorization to provide operational and technical support.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Incidents and Problems associated with EUC Equipment and Software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Authorized Users.
  • Flexibility to support after business hours whenever required.
  • Perform MS Office, Outlook troubleshooting and networking skills.
  • Move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Provide Server Touch support Services.
  • Troubleshoot Video Conferencing/Projector/Basic printer issues.
  • Oversee receiving, distribution, and asset inventory.
  • Provide IT support for warehouse operations.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Coordinate with third parties as necessary to keep Equipment and Software in good working order.
  • Update the Asset database with all changes performed or reported to maintain up to date and valid data in the CMDB.
  • Configure new and redeploying (used) PCs in inventory, including domain joins, copying/reloading of data, profile creation, adding printers, network & wireless configuration, reinstallation of software, and post installation validations.
  • Provide end user training on any new hardware/software.
  • Wipe and recycle retired PCs following disposal procedures and legal hold guidelines.
  • Provide IT training to New Hires.
  • Wipe and re-image workstations and back up/copy end user data when necessary.
  • Provide hardware and software support for remote users including shipping (and receiving) of equipment, or scheduling of 3rd party vendor support, when necessary, as user's advocate.
  • Manage End to End Ticket Management - Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management.
