About The Position
The EUC/Desktop Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup, network configuration, and software and hardware issues. This role involves delivering hands-on support for a range of hardware including PCs, laptops, and peripherals in a mixed Windows and Mac environment, utilizing tools such as SCCM and JAMF. The engineer will perform network troubleshooting, particularly on VPN connections and wireless configurations, integrating with Zscaler. Asset management and tracking will be conducted using ServiceNow (SNOW) for accurate inventory control. The position requires providing timely resolutions for hardware and software issues to ensure user satisfaction, properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, and maintaining good relationships with clients. Additionally, the engineer will document technical knowledge in the form of KB Articles and prepare accurate and timely reports.
