Keysight Technologies Inc. seeks a Service Engineer Supervisor with demonstrated experience in servicing the calibration and repair needs of high-tech customers. The chosen candidate will lead a team of technicians and/or engineers, working collaboratively to deliver calibration and repair support for customer units. This full-time position, based in Roseville, California, is responsible for ensuring service excellence, technical performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards for the Power Supplies and Network Analyzers team. The role requires a strong focus on expanding team capacity and capability while driving productivity improvements and reducing costs. This position requires proven leadership abilities and strong people management skills to effectively lead a growing, multi-shift operation of technicians/engineers. Effective communication and partnering skills across internal teams as well as with external customers is a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the assigned personnel.
