Join a mission-focused team supporting C-32/C-40 executive transport aircrafts by transforming engineering source data into clear, accurate technical publications used by maintainers in the field. As a Technical Data Designer, you'll research and validate engineering data, develop maintenance-level manuals and illustrated procedures, and help ensure safe, mission-ready aircraft. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Technical Data writing
  • Experience with on aircraft maintenance
  • Experience using technical publications

Nice To Haves

  • Use and development of C-32/C-40 Technical Data
  • Ability to analyze and interpret engineering drawings and source data
  • Proficiency in applications and authoring tools such as eMOD, Temporary Information Files (TIF), VMware Horizon Client, WSRD, REDARS, Arbortext, Adobe Pro X, Excel, Word, and Boeing software applications

Responsibilities

  • Develop multiple publication elements for all levels of maintenance for fielded equipment, minor systems or multiple sub systems
  • Research and evaluate technical source data and specifications
  • Develop or maintain technical publication elements to include theory of operations, testing and troubleshooting procedures, illustrated parts breakdown, removal and installation procedures and schematic diagrams
  • Collect, research and analyze source data and validate source data based on predefined and developed assumptions
  • Estimate the impact of the proposal or changes to the publication elements
