As a Support Engineer at Sonar, you will contribute to the adoption and integration of Sonar products. Your role will involve providing individualized service to customers, guiding them in the right implementation of our products, and advocating for the best usage practices. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, representing the customer voice in product discussions.

  • Help customers integrate our solutions across their development pipeline, including technical integration with developer IDE, ALMs, and Continuous Integration chain.
  • Drive technical issues to resolution, managing customer relationships throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to enhance overall customer experience and ensure maximum value from our service offerings.
  • Work with the team to listen to, challenge, and refine customer feedback to inform product discussions and shape product evolution.
  • Contribute to enhancing internal processes and workflows.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintaining and delivering high-quality software with software engineering best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience using or administrating a DevOps pipeline, including SCM (e.g., Git, SVN), IDE (e.g., Visual Studio, IntelliJ), and CI (e.g., Jenkins Pipelines, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, GitLab).
  • Experience with system-wide deployments, understanding that issues may arise from the network, server, or database.
  • Strong investigation skills to understand problems in context and reproduce scenarios.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, sharing knowledge and feedback.
  • A can-do attitude, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to improvements.
