About The Position

The Support Engineer provides technical assistance and deployment support across the organization, ensuring reliable end-user technology and high-quality customer service.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive, professional interactions.
Solid experience with Windows 11, desktop hardware, VoIP phones, printers, docking stations, monitors, cameras, and common software applications.
Working knowledge of mobile device functions and cellular plan provisioning.
Familiarity with Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
Ability to learn and apply various technology support methodologies and best practices.
Foundational understanding of networking concepts including VPN, Wi-Fi, PC imaging, and cabling.
Must have reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel 40+ miles per day.
Detail-oriented with strong inventory management and documentation skills.
Experience with incident and service request tools (e.g., service desk ticketing systems).
Dependable with the ability to adhere to time-sensitive schedules and meet deadlines.

Ability to transport and carry computer hardware to remote sites
Strong self-supervision and time management skills

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and deploy desktop hardware and peripherals.
Transport and physically deploy computer hardware (up to 50 lbs).
Follow detailed technical instructions and execute deployment procedures accurately.
Inventory management and documentation.
Adhere to time-sensitive schedules and meet deadlines.
