This role involves implementing and maintaining Windows-based clients, managing endpoints, and ensuring seamless operation of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and AV hardware for large meetings and Town Halls. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Microsoft Admin Portals, and experience in AV technologies such as Crestron, Logitech, and Polycom. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Teams, and ITIL are highly preferred.
