About The Position

The Support Engineer utilizes IT experience to manage and architect Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and related environments while supporting enterprise-scale collaboration technologies. This role involves implementing and maintaining Windows-based clients, managing endpoints, and ensuring seamless operation of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and AV hardware for large meetings and Town Halls. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Microsoft Admin Portals, and experience in AV technologies such as Crestron, Logitech, and Polycom. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Teams, and ITIL are highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 4-year technical degree (preferred) or associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience managing and architecting Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and other environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale collaboration sessions, meetings, and AV environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, Teams Rooms, and related AV hardware.
  • Experience supporting and managing Microsoft Town Hall meetings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools, virtual desktop solutions, and network configurations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Admin Portals (Azure/Entra, Office 365, Services Hub).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail environments and working with global/remote teams is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Crestron, Logitech, Polycom, and Microsoft AV technologies.
  • Demonstrated familiarity in use of MS PowerShell for SCCM, O365, and AD.
  • Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of general Microsoft licensing concepts.

  • ITIL Foundations v3 or greater

Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Windows-based clients (physical and virtual), including Windows Virtual Desktops hosted in Azure.
  • Manage and monitor endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including update deployment, image building, and application management.
  • Develop, test, and deploy application packages for on-demand use.
  • Plan and execute enterprise-scale Windows and Office channel migrations and standard patching with minimal production impact
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to licensing management and future roadmap for both frontline and corporate environments.
  • Provide on-site technical support (Cranberry, PA) for Microsoft Teams meetings, ensuring all equipment and software are functioning correctly.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms and related hardware (Crestron, Logitech, Polycom).F
  • Support large training and conference rooms (150 person capacity) utilizing AV and Teams technologies.
  • Assist team members with technical issues related to Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, and other collaboration tools.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates for Teams Rooms equipment.
  • Support and manage Microsoft Town Hall meetings
  • Maintain general awareness of industry trends on MS technologies (M365, CoPilot , Teams)
