As a Support Engineer at Chalk, you'll be our front-line technical support expert, ensuring customers have exceptional experiences with our products. You will work directly with clients across industries like finance, healthcare, and e-commerce, helping them troubleshoot and optimize their usage of Chalk's platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to deeply understand our technology, partner closely with our Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, and significantly impact customer satisfaction and product quality. We're in the office 5 days a week. When unavoidable conflicts come up, we’re flexible. This is not a hybrid role.
