Infosys is seeking a Support Engineer with experience in enterprise messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Rendezvous (RV), and RabbitMQ. The role requires strong Unix/Linux skills and proficiency in Shell scripting. You will help maintain system stability, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth message flow across distributed systems. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Rendezvous (RV), and RabbitMQ Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting background. Proficiency in Shell scripting (bash or ksh). Experience with log analysis, performance metrics, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Preferred Qualifications: Around 2 years of hands-on experience supporting messaging platforms Kafka, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, and RabbitMQ. Experience in enterprise or financial services environments. Basic SQL knowledge. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Hawk, or RabbitMQ Management Console. Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
